#BOYCOTT SNAPDEAL

Aamir Khan once said his wife is concerned about growing intolerance in India, on Bhakts got angry and decided to teach him a lesson. Bhakts decided to start a twitter hashtag trend of boycott Snapdeal, because of which Snapdeal had to cancel Aamir's contract and this was the first ever success story of BJP it cell and Andhbhakts but they forgot that Snapdeal was a successful Indian Startup.

Hindustan Unilever's Brooke Bond faced backlash too. In one of its ad, the company showed a son was about to leave his father in Kumbh Mela but changed his mind after he saw another father-son duo together. But this didn't go down well with Bhakts, they thought it is an insult to their culture and boycotted Brooke Bond Red Label Tea. They forgot the same company employs 18,000 people in our country. This showed that companies have to deal with Twitter Taliban along with other factors.

Kanav Sharma was discussing the economic situation in his Ola cab and the cab driver got angry and asked him to go to Pakistan. Kanan Sharma tweeted Ola about this incident and in their reply ensured that they will take corrective action on which, Bhakts again got angry and decided to Boycott Ola too. Point to be noted, Ola is also a successful Indian startup.


#BOYCOTT CHAPAK

Deepika Padukone is an example of how individuals are also boycotted. Twitter gang boycotted her too, Deepika went to JNU to show solidarity with the students on which Bhakts decided to boycott her movie Chhapaak and called her a member of Tukde Tukde Gang. People say Deepika's JNU visit was a publicity stunt but in fact, she had to pay the price for taking a stand but she forgot that in India now if you speak against BJP then you should go to Pakistan. 

#BOYCOTT SURF EXCEL

Twitter Taliban also has a problem with washing away stains, Surf Excel's add showed children respecting each other's faith, but trolls did not appreciate this display of religious tolerance. So they boycotted Surf Excel.


#BOYCOTT ZOMATO

Let's talk about Zomato's controversy, An Entrepreneur has to consider capital, funding, hiring, taxes and TROLLS as well in the New India. A Twitter user named Amit Shukla wanted to cancel his order because his delivery boy was a non-Hindu on which Zomato replied, "Food has no religion, food is a religion" But the truth is companies are being provoked to muster a controversy. Zomato is a global success story but trolls don't care much

The Boycott Gang is very intolerant if someone criticizes them on Twitter. Nirmala Sitharaman's parody account joked about farmer protest and online food ordering on which Swiggy made a witty reply to the tweet. Swiggy was trolled for two days post this controversy, its employees faced online harassment because of this issue.

Not only this, threatening and harassing company employees is a new normal now, The Boycott Gang did not spare Tanishq for its ad promoting communal harmony, Tanishq's message was in direct contrast with Bhakt's logic of love jihad. Tanishq's employees were harassed and Tata had to withdraw the controversial add.


#BOYCOTT BINGO CHIPS

If some of you think boycotting is necessary to protect culture, you must know about the Bingo controversy, Ranveer Singh was playing a tech geek in one of Bingo's ad which Trolls thought that this was an insult to SSR because SSR was interested in science and then, they boycotted Bingo.
  

CONCLUSION

If this boycott culture is not stopped, people will refrain from doing business in our country because no businessman wants to deal with Social disturbance and harassment. The boycott Culture has started targeting international personalities. Gandhi Ji boycotted foreign products but we are boycotting our own products.
