On 10th December 2019 a new citizenship amendment bill was passed in our parliament by our honorable Home Minister Shri Amit Shah which here by states that "Provided that any person belonging to Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi or Christian community from Afghanistan, Bangladesh or Pakistan, who entered into India on or before the 31st day of December, 2014 and who has been exempted by the Central Government by or under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Passport (Entry into India) Act, 1920 or from the application of the provisions of the Foreigners Act, 1946 or any rule or order made there under, shall not be treated as illegal migrant for the purposes of this Act.''

I hope you guys can see out of all those religions written there one religions written their one religious community is still missing which are the "MUSLIMS" . Before you guys start thinking that why is the muslim community not into this act I would like to explain you this whole act in a summary ,the sure short meaning of this act is give citizenship to those illegal immigrants those who have entered the Indian borders before 31st December 2014 because of religious discrimination from all the areas of Afghanistan , Pakistan and Bangladesh but only if they are from a particular religious background like Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi or Christian after reading this some of you must be thinking that this is a good act we should always help others .

But my question is that when we are helping all other religious community then why not the muslims , some of you must be thinking that all those three countries are Muslim dominated countries then why would a muslim feel feared their . Now this the answer given by all the BJP politicians whenever someone asks them any question about this discrimination .Today I am going to give you all the answers with all kind of facts and proofs . lets start then first of all I would like to clear that discrimination also happens with Muslims in Pakistan ,Afghanistan and Bangladesh. LETS START WITH PAKISTAN \

DISCRIMINATION WITH MUSLIM MINORITIES IN PAKISTAN

these are the religions existing in Pakistan

  Islam (state religion) (96.28%)

  Hinduism (1.85%)

  Christianity (1.59%)

  Ahmadis (0.22%)

  Other Religions (0.07%)

Religious Minorities in Pakistan

According to the Government of Pakistan's National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), in 2012, the population of registered religious minorities in Pakistan was as follows:[17]

  • Hindus: 4,000,000
  • Christians: 3,200,000
  • Baha'is: 33,734
  • Sikhs: 20,000
  • Parsis: 4,020
  • Buddhists: 1,492
  • Others: 66,898
  • Shia : 20-30%
  • ahamadis- 0.22%

this chart completely states that there are many more religions in Pakistan who are under threat of discrimination other than Hindus.

here are some proofs for this:

the above picture shows the treatment of of shia muslims in the country Pakistan and the steps taken by the government

the above picture is telling about the way in which minorities are treated in Bangladesh

And many more such cases are found not only in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh are these people not human , my one and only question is when our government can help Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi and Christians then why not the Muslims the rules should be same for everyone So, this the whole scenario of the CAB act and now I hope you guys can understand that the act and our government is violating the equality rights of the Muslims in the country

In the next article we will talk about NRC, NPR and I will tell you that what will happen with those who will not get the Indian citizenship till then stay tuned.

THANK YOU
